The KFCU Supervisory Committee is charged with maintaining oversight of KFCU financial operations.
The Supervisory Committee ensures that financial statements are accurate, and proper internal controls are in place
to safeguard KFCU member assets. The committee directs independent audits and investigations, verifies member accounts,
and serves as a focal point for member comments and concerns. The Supervisory Committee provides findings and recommendations
to senior management and the Board of Directors to facilitate continuous improvement and ultimately ensure the
safety and soundness of the institution. The committee also reviews corrective actions, if necessary, from external
CPA audits as well as examinations performed by the National
Credit Union Administration (NCUA).

Advisory Committee
The KFCU Advisory Committee, established in 1999 by the KFCU Board of Directors, provides the board
and senior management an opportunity to interact with representatives from Kirtland Air Force Base and the surrounding
community. The members discuss, analyze, react to ideas, and provide advice relating to such topics as marketing
techniques, product needs and opportunities, and service delivery processes. Ongoing feedback such as this allows
KFCU to continuously improve its way of doing business.
